Ingredients

  • 4Mango skins peeled
  • 1 tsp Urad dal,
  • Mustard,
  • salt
  • 5red chillies
  • 1 tsp of tamarind paste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First fry the mustard, red chiles,urad dal

  2. 2

    Slightly fry the mango skin.

    Next in a mixer grinder add all and grind it into smooth paste.

  4. 4

    In a pan add ginjely oil and add this paste and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Thokku is ready to taste.

  6. 6

    U can preserve it for a week.
