Put ghee in kadai and once it's hot put aata and stir till the aroma comes and aata becomes pink in colour. Add gud/Jaggery to the aata and keep on stirring till the gud melts. Once the gud melts, switch off the flame and pour the mixture in small thali.

Once mixture poured, level it with the help of bottom side of katori...i.e flat the level. Now when it is hot, with help of knife place lines to make pieces from it. Once Sukhadi cools down, remove the pieces. Place in front of Thakorji ya any Deviji ya Devtaji as Prasad and all family members consume it 🙏
