Wash all tge veggies and finely chop all. Take out makai/corn dana.

Now in a kadai take oil and once hot put jeera. Let jeera splutter dein add all veggies except dhaniya patta. Add salt and saute of 3/4 minutes by covering it with lid.

Once veggies becomes little soft add maggi masala and garam masala to it. Mix well.

Now add water and let it boil. Once water starts boiling add all Maggi noodles by breaking into 4 parts. Mix little and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Once done, off the flame and cover it with lid for 1 minute. Add dhaniya patta to it and serve. Njoy Vegetable Masala Tadaka Maggi.
