Ingredients

  1. 1 (9 inch)Pie Crust you can use my GF one for this even
  2. 1 1/2 cupsPecans
  3. 4 TablespoonsButter Melted
  4. 1 cupPacked Brown Sugar
  5. 2 1/2 TablespoonsJack Danials
  6. 1 TablespoonMolasses
  7. 1/2 CupLight Corn Syrup
  8. 4large eggs blended

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. 2

    Put pie crust in pie pan or use prepared one.

  3. 3

    In medium size saucepan on medium low melt butter add brown sugar and Jack Daniels till well blended with wooden spoon.

  4. 4

    Add molasses and corn syrup stirring it in. Add pecans stir in to coat.

  5. 5

    Add beaten eggs and mix well keep on burner on low while getting pie crust ready

  6. 6

    Pour into pie pan with your crust place pie pan on a cookie sheet. I also put a crust guard on the pie.

  7. 7

    Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes lower oven temp to 350 degrees F and bake for additional 55 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let cool
