Ingredients

  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 cupPowdered Sugar
  • 1 cupButter
  • 1 cupOil
  • 2well beaten eggs
  • 4 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1 tspCream of Tarter
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspVanilla

Steps

    Combine sugars with whisk

  2. 2

    Add butter and oil, beat well.

  3. 3

    Add eggs mix well

  4. 4

    Sift together the rest of the dry ingredients.

  5. 5

    Slowly add dry mixture to sugar mix

  6. 6

    Beat well, then stir in vanilla

  7. 7

    Form into small balls, flatten with bottom of sugar covered glass.

  8. 8

    Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 min.
