  • 200 gmbutter
  • 1 TBSPmilk
  • Essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure out all your ingredients.

    Sieve the icing sugar.

  3. 3

    Beat the butter till soft and pale.

  4. 4

    Add the icing sugar bit by bit while still beating until well incorporated.

  5. 5

    Add the milk and the essence and beat till smooth.

  6. 6

    Use the buttercream to cover and decorate your cake.
