Clean and wash brinjal cross cut on each brinjal

Now take all the powdered masala in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste,salt and few drops of oil mix it well and stuff all the brinjal with this masala.

Now heat oil in a cooker now add onions saute little then add tomatoes(chopped) then saute little then add all the brinjal and even the remaining masala also shake the cooker and add little water.

Pressure cook it for 1 whistle open and garnish with coriander.
