Steps

Heat oil in a pan add Potatoes saute adding salt and turmeric powder,keep aside.

Now add oil temper jeera seeds,bay leaf and green chillies

Add all powder masalas saute well

Add boiled cabbage and fried Potatoes

Fry it well and cover to cook it well

Finally add sugar and garam masala powder
- 7
Sprinkle ghee and remove it to serve
