Ingredients

  1. 500 gmbhindi cut in small roundals
  2. 4onion slice cut
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. To taste red chilli
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add bhindi and cook on medium flame.

  2. 2

    When it will soft or cooed add onion and all spices.

  3. 3

    Cook more t minute and mix all alpices.

  4. 4

    Cooed onion well then switchnoff gass.
