Ingredients

  • 500 gmbhindi cut in small roundals
  • 4onion slice cut
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To taste red chilli
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add bhindi and cook on medium flame.

  2. 2

    When it will soft or cooed add onion and all spices.

  3. 3

    Cook more t minute and mix all alpices.

  4. 4

    Cooed onion well then switchnoff gass.
