Steps

Make a paste of corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour and baking powder using water.

Dip chicken pieces in the paste and deep fry till golden brown. Keep aside.

Heat oil in another pan and add the chopped garlic and ginger, followed by the diced onions, capsicum and green chilli.

Now add both light and dark soy sauce, chilli paste, salt, sugar and pepper.

Add the chicken and mix well. Garnish it with spring onions and parsley.
