Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspasta
  2. 1/2 ltr milk
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. 1 tbspall purpose flour
  5. Oregano as per taste
  6. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  7. 1 cubeCheese
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Red sauce:-
  10. 4tomatoes blanched and pureed
  11. 1onion finely chopped
  12. 1 cupcapsicum finely chopped
  13. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  14. 2 tbspschezwan chutney
  15. Chilli sauce as per taste
  16. 1 tspOregano
  17. 1 tspChilli flakes
  18. Salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta and drain the water

    For white sauce:-

    Heat butter in pan

  4. 4

    Add all flour maida saute it for a minute

  5. 5

    Add milk and cook it till it becomes thick

  6. 6

    Add cheese, salt, pepper powder and oregano

  7. 7

    For red sauce

  8. 8

    Saute onion till it becomes transulent

  9. 9

    Add capsicum cook for few minutes

  10. 10

    Now add tomato puree and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add tomato sauce, schezwan chutney, chilli sauce, salt and oregano.

    Add boiled pasta to red sauce mix it gently.

    Finally add white sauce and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Add cheese on the top and serve hot.
