Steps

First rinse cauliflower florets in salt water.

Add turmeric powder and boil the florets for 15 mins.

Preparing batter: ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt.

Once boiled coat the florets with the batter.

In tawa pour oil and add fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves.

Add the coated florets.

Cauliflower curry masala is ready to serve
