Ingredients

  1. 2 cupCoconut milk
  2. 2 cupSugar
  3. 1 cupRefind flour
  4. 1 cupCoconut powder
  5. 1 tbspCardamom powder
  6. 1 tbspCinnamon powder
  7. 1 cupCream
  8. 6Eggs
  9. 1 tspVanilla essence
  10. 2 tbspCoconut oil
  11. Milk as required
  12. 1 cupDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the caramel of 1 cup sugar. And 1 cup sugar make powder

  2. 2

    Take bowl and add R.flour,coconut powder,powder sugar1/2 cup,eggs/Cream,Coconut oil,Coconut milk and mix well

  3. 3

    Make pouring cocistancy batter add milk as per required and salt to taste and mix it well

  4. 4

    Divide batter in 2 same portions

  5. 5

    1 st portion add cinnamon powder and caramel

  6. 6

    2nd batter add cardamom powder

  7. 7

    Take cake teen grease it properly

  8. 8

    Pour 1st batter thin layer and cook it 180 dc for 5 min

  9. 9

    Than pour ghee and pour 2 and batter same

  10. 10

    Make 8 to 10 layers same way

  11. 11

    After that cool it and refregirate for 30 min and serve
