Ingredients

  • 4 leavesspinach
  • 3carrots
  • 1 piecepineapple
  • 1lemon
  • 1banana
  • 1/2cucumber
  • 1 tbspmayonnaise

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut pineapple into cubes add to the bowl

  2. 2

    Assemble and clean your ingredients

    Grate cucumber and carrot in a bowl

  4. 4

    Slice your pineapple into cubes and the banana too add to the bowl

  5. 5

    Use your fingers to shredd the spinach add to the bowl

  6. 6

    Squeez lemon juice on top then gently mix with a fork till well mixed

    Add mayonnaise and mix
