Peelbottle guard and grate it and strain it from ectra water

Take a bowl add bottle guard,weat flour, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger/garlic paste, 1 tsp oil,1-2 tsp bottle guard juice, make dough from it

Heat oil in a kadhai

Roll out puris from dough

Put in hot oil

Fry puris till red and crisp
- 7
Serve hot puris with Aachar
