Boil all ingredients on medium heat except 1 cup cream, butter, vanilla, and pecans . Stir constantly

Once boiling, add other cup of cream and butter. Bool to firm ball stage (about 250 degrees)Stir constantly.

Once it reaches this stage, add vanilla and pecans and stir.

Pour onto a silicone sheet or buttered cookie sheet. let cool, then cut into pieces.
