Ingredients

  1. handfulbengal gram
  2. 2medium size tomatoes
  3. 200 gramsspring onions
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonred chili powder (2 teaspoon for spicy)
  6. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
  7. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in pan and add bengal gram to it.

    Add two medium size tomatoes in pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 1 teaspoon red chili powder. Cook this for 5-10 minutes.

    Now add the chopped spring onions to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat
