8 ounceslean bottom round, cubed
1 1/2 tablespoonsflour
1small onion, diced
2 ouncessliced button or crimini mushrooms
1/8 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1/4 cupreduced-fat sour cream

Toss the beef in the flour. Add it to a 2 quart slow cooker. Add the onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in sour cream and serve.

If dish need salt, add at the end
