Peel and wash potatoes and cut them into proportional equal Julienne sizes.Heat your dip frying oil and dip in the potatos to make chips.By cutting your onions into Julienne sweat them in a pan. Add them in the tomato sauce and chili sauce and stir well to make masala. Add the potatoes inti the masala to make chips masala. Season with salt and white pepper and garnish with dhania.
