Roasted buttered beef and vegetables

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 poundschuck roast
  2. 2/3 cupbutter
  3. 1/4 cupAdolphs meat tenderizer
  4. 1/4 cuppaprika
  5. 1/4 cupturmeric
  6. 1/4 cupgranulated garlic powder
  7. 1/4 cupsalt
  8. 1 poundwhole green beans
  9. 2/3butter
  10. 1 poundmixed vegetables, orange carrots, yellow carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
  11. 1/2 cupbutter

Cooking Instructions

90 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Cover bottom of roaster, or oven safe dish.

  3. 3

    Add spices to roast. Only use some of the salt to litely salt the roast.

  4. 4

    Put on top of butter in roaster

  5. 5

    Smother the top of roast with butter

  6. 6

    Add beans on top of buttered roast

  7. 7

    Salt the beans with some of the salt

  8. 8

    Add the mixed vegetables, litely salting the vegetables and add rest of the butter on top

  9. 9

    Put into oven covered.

  10. 10

    Roast for 1 1/2 hours. Serve hope you enjoy!
