Ingredients

  • 1 Cupfresh Mint leaves
  • 1 Cupfresh Parsley leaves
  • 1/2 Cupfresh Oregano leaves
  • 4 clovesGarlic
  • 1-2Whole Jalapeno Peppers (stem removed)
  • 4 TablespoonsLime juice
  • 1 TeaspoonSalt
  • 1/2 CupExtra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. 1

    Combine mint, parsley, oregano, garlic, jalapenos and salt in food processor and blend.

  2. 2

    While processor is running, drizzle in lime juice and olive oil and process until fully mixed. Taste and season as needed with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Top cooked meat with the chimichurri sauce and serve remaining sauce on the side.

  4. 4

    Best if prepared 24 hours before use.
    Keep in air tight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before serving.
