Very quick (4 minutes prep) tasty dish. Great for a weeknight meal.
Steps

Cut chicken into strips roughly 1 cm thick

Put paprika, sesame seeds, coriander, garlic salt, pepper in a large bowl. Mix together. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil, mix again.

Add chicken strips to the bowl, mix well don't be afraid to get in there with your hands to ensure all the strips are well coated. Set aside

Slice up the onion into medium sized

Heat up remaining oil in large frying pan or wok. Add onion and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken, turn to medium heat and cook for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.

Sprinkle with the chopped coriander and serve with rice.
