This is a leading and unique recipe of Bengal prepared with pumpkin leaves,potato pumpkin and lentil dumplings.
Steps

Chop the leaves and cut the stems into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan and fry the dumplings well,keep aside.

Now add oil in the same pan and add celery seeds and nigella seeds for tempering
- 4
Add chopped green chillies,as a sweet aroma starts coming out add the potatoes and pumpkin stir fry

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover it for a while
- 6
Add the leaves and stems into the pan mix well and cover
- 7
As the whole vegetables get mixed well add sugar and the lentil dumplings
- 8
Stir fry the leaves and veggies well and remove from heat
- 9
Serve it with plain rice
