Ingredients

for 2 servings
  1. 4or more - On the vine Tomatoes
  2. Mozzarella ball
  3. Basil
  4. Balsamic vinegar
  5. Olive oil
  6. Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice tomatoes evenly (leave out stem slice)

  2. 2

    Slice mozzarella into similar slices. And layer in a dish.

  3. 3

    DRIZZLE olive oil and generous amount of balsamic.

  4. 4

    Finely chop a few big leaves of basil and sprinkle over. Season with salt n pepper.

  5. 5

    Enjoy
