Marinate the fish with salt turmeric powder

Deep fry the fish and keep aside

Now add jeera seeds and bay leaf in the oil and temper

Make a smooth paste of onion and tomato

Pour it into the pan and saute

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add red chilli powder and mix well

Add water and give it a boil

Add the fish and boil keeping the flame low

Add garam masala powder and slitted green chillies

Serve it hot with rice
