Ingredients

30 minutes

  • 2.2 lbsground beef or lamb (1 kilogram)
  • 2large onions, grated, reserve the juice
  • 2 bunchesparsley
  • 1tomato, grated
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Pinchground ginger
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Tahini sauce, for serving

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together except for the onion juice.

  2. 2

    Shape the mixture into kofta logs and add the reserved onion juice.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for 1 hour before baking.

    Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then serve with tahini sauce.
