Cut chicken into portion

Marinade with soy sauce, ginger powder in a glass bowl

Add white pepper and chicken masala allow it to tender

Shred onions into large pieces.

Add oil in sauce pan add the onions allow to cook.Keep stirring untill it turn golden yellow

Add chicken and add water little by little to come up with onion jam add salt and coriander.

Allow it to simmer
