In a pan heat 2 teaspoon oil and add mustard seeds, onion, boiled potatoes, paneer,peas and add all dry masala's.

Mix it well. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the flame.

Cut the kulcha in two pieces and fill stuffing in mid.

Grilled in a griller for 2-3 minutes.

It's ready. Serve hot with tomato katchup.
