Steps

Select your omena and wash in warm water then put it in a clean pan and boil for around 10mins

Remove from heat and let it settle then remove the omena from the water as you allow the soil to settle down

Wash it in cold water to further remove the soil

In a clean non stick pan,add the cut onions and oil and allow it heat it

Add the omena then salt and cover for 3mins then remove the lid and stir until golden brown

Add the cut tomatoes and capsicum then sprinkle curry powder and corriander powder on top and cover for 5 mins or until the tomatoes are softly cooked.

Add the tomato paste and stir until well mixed then add the milk and let it simmer for 10 mins

Serve with ugali.very nutritious and healthy for children.
