500 gspaghetti
1 stickcinnamon
1onion, chopped
1/2green pepper, chopped
1/2yellow pepper, chopped
Pinchsalt
4 cupswater
3large pieces of chunky steak
Pinchblack pepper
3 tbsoil

Fry onion, add water leave to boil then add spaghetti and cinnamon

Add diced peppers simmer for 5 minutes

Rub steak with oil, black pepper and salt then fry with very little oil and serve
