This is a famous dish of Awadhi cuisine. Actually it is made with fine meat mince. For Vegetarian people I made this kabab with Rajma. The delicious kababs are melts in mouth as name suggests.

This is a famous dish of Awadhi cuisine. Actually it is made with fine meat mince. For Vegetarian people I made this kabab with Rajma. The delicious kababs are melts in mouth as name suggests.
Steps

Soak Rajma Over night

In the morning take 5-6 whistle by adding little salt.

Meanwhile roast gram flour and keep aside

Fry onion till brown and make a paste
- 5
Now remove excess water from Rajma.

In a mixie jar add Rajma and onion paste and grind to fine paste.

Take out in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, red chilli Powder, turmeric, cummin Powder, garam masala, chat masala, coriander Powder,chopped green chillies, mint and coriander give a mix

Add 1tbs ghee and mix well with your hands

On tawa add little oil for shallow frying.

Take a small dough from Rajma mixture and flatten with your hands give a nice shape and shallow fry on grill tawa

Shallow fry from both the sides till golden brown.

Serve with salad and green chutney. Delicious kababs are ready.
