Peel and cut ginger. Make a powder of coriander seeds and jeera, carom seeds and add it to gram flour. Make a paste of chopped chillies and ginger and add salt and little baking powder and little turmeric powder. Mix these to besan and add little water. Make a medium consistancy batter to make pakoda. Heat oil on medium flame. Fry in heated oil. Serve hot bread pakoda. (If you want serve it with tomato sauce)
