Steps

  1. 1

    Pyaz,tmatar,hari mirch,adrak inka paste bana le.

  2. 2

    Ek pressure cooker le,usme refined daale uke baad jeera daale or uske baad paste ko daal kar bhoon le,bhoone ke baad namak,mirch,haldi daalle uske baad usme matar or kati hui mushroom daal le,usme fir thoda sa pani daal le.

  3. 3

    Cooker ko band kar ke 10min ke liye dheemi aanch par paka le usle baad use achi tarah se mix kar lein.

    Matar Mushroom taiyar hain.
