Boil the beans half done,rinse and keep.

Boil for 20minutes add salt and stock cubes.

Heat up pan,pour in red oil and bleach for 4 minutes,add onion,crayfish,Fresh pepper,ginger and garlic.stir very well fry for 10minutes.

Peel and slice the plantain,boil for 5minutes and add to the beans.

Add all the fried things to the beans and stir with a spartula cover and lower the heat.simmer for 10minutes.
