Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  1. First layer :
  2. 2 cupsmilk
  3. 1/2 cupcream
  4. 1/3 cupcorn starch
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1 tsprose water
  7. Second layer:
  8. 1/2 cupwater
  9. 3 tbsprose syrup
  10. 1 tbspcorn starch

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    1. Take a pan, put the ingredients for 1st layer in it and mix it well.

  2. 2

    2. Turn on gas on medium flame and keep continously stirring until the mixture is thick.

  3. 3

    3. Place the mixture in the mould and let it set in the refrigerator and 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    4. Take a pan put the ingredients for the 2nd layer and mix it.

  5. 5

    5. Turn on gas on medium flame and keep continously stirring until the mixture is thick.

  6. 6

    6. Pour the mixture on the first layer and let it set for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    7. Once the pudding is set you can eat it chilled.
