Take 1 cup rice boiled water and add rice,1/4 tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp oil, 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 1 elaichi. When it cooks well then drain all the water and keep aside to cool.

Cut cauliflower and take boiled water and add soya chunks and cauliflower and let it cook for 2 minutes and drain the remaining water.

Take frying pan and heat 2 tablespoon ghee then add jeera, rai, kadhi patta, 2 cloves, bay leaf, big elaichi and black pepper. Fry some kaju and separate kaju. Then mix cut vegetables and cook for 10 minutes. Then add all masala and fry it, then add tomato puree and mix well and also add boiled rice, cauliflower and soya chunks and cook for 5 minutes.

Veg soya chunks biryani ready. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
