Ingredients

  • 100 gmsgram flour(besan)
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspgreen chutney
  • 1/8 tsprock salt
  • Water to make batter
  • 1medium sized brinjal

Steps

  1. 1

    Take brinjal wash it properly.Cut it into thin slices and soak it in water to avoid brinjal turning black.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients for batter

  3. 3

    Keep the batter for half an hour.Take a pan heat Sufficient oil.Now take brinjal slices and dip in prepared batter and fry in hot oil.

  4. 4

    Your crispy brinjal fritters are ready.
