Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3medium slices yam
  2. Pumpkin leaves(as desired)
  3. 1medium Red onion
  4. 4Scotch bonnet peppers
  5. 4 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  6. Salt and seasoning (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut, wash and boil the yam till soft, sieve out the water used in boiling the yam and allow cool

  2. 2

    Wash and cut the pumpkin leaves, chop the onions and pepper

    Put your saucepan over medium heat, add in the vegetable oil and allow heat up

  4. 4

    Pour in the chopped onions and pepper and stir fry for 2minutes

    Add in the cut pumpkin leaves and stir fry for 1 minute

    Add salt and seasoning to taste and simmer for 30 seconds then remove from heat

    Serve with the boiled yam and enjoy 👌👍😎
