Steps

Wash pork; spice with pepper, salt, onions and secret spice and once it cooked turn off heat and set aside

Heat up water in a medium pot and once it’s boiling, wash rice and parboil till half cook; wash rice and drain

Heat up canola oil, add onion, stir in the pork and fry together with the onion for about 5 minutes and a pinch of salt, then pepper, stir after a minute or 2 add knorr cube and secret spice

Pour in the pork stock taste to confirm the taste is ok and stir in the rice

Allow it cook till rice is tender and water dried; remove from heat and serve

You can sprinkle spring onions and enjoy your simple meal
