Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them as kebabs.

Keep it refrigerated till you fry this.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs until they turn golden & crisp.

Drain excess oil on kitchen tissue.

Serve with mint chutney.

Instead of deep frying you can cook it in a tawa and make it a healthy kebab.
