Peel the potatoes abd wash them.

Now cut these potatoes into finger shape.

Take besan in a mixing bowl.

Add salt, red chilli powder and hing to it.

Now mix it by adding little bit water.

Now add Potato fingers to it.
- 7
Mix it properly so that the besan is combined to potato fingers properly.

On the other side, heat the oil in a kadhai.

When heated drop these fingers one by one in the oil.

Deep fry from both the sides.

Now remove it from the oil on absorbent kitchen roll.

Serve it with green chutney or hung curd dip and thandai milk.
