Ingredients

  1. Cooked king prawns
  2. 3 clovescrushed garlic
  3. Tablespoonbutter
  4. Chopped parsley
  5. Handfulcherry tomatoes
  6. Handfulbaby leaf spinach
  7. Quarter of a cucumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate your prawns in melted butter, garlic and parsley overnight.

    Add spinach to a bowl

    And finally your marinated prawns. I don’t use a dressing as the prawns give all the flavour you need
