Ingredients

  • Cooked king prawns
  • 3 clovescrushed garlic
  • Tablespoonbutter
  • Chopped parsley
  • Handfulcherry tomatoes
  • Handfulbaby leaf spinach
  • Quarter of a cucumber

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate your prawns in melted butter, garlic and parsley overnight.

    Add spinach to a bowl

    And finally your marinated prawns. I don’t use a dressing as the prawns give all the flavour you need
