Ingredients

  1. 1 cuphung curd
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 4 tspcornflour
  4. 1/2 cupcup bread crumbs
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1green chilli chopped
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 tspboiled peas
  9. 2 tspboiled sweet corn
  10. As neededFor frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Curd hang for 2 hours.

  2. 2

    After hung curd and mix all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Make a smooth dough.

  4. 4

    Give oval and round shape kabab and coat with bread crumbs.

  5. 5

    Then hot a oil and deep fry kebab on both sides.

  6. 6

    Serve kabab with any ketchup.
