I woke up to make sauce and chips for breakfast at a seminar today, then I realised my tomatoes has been used up. I had to improvise by using what I saw in the kitchen.

I woke up to make sauce and chips for breakfast at a seminar today, then I realised my tomatoes has been used up. I had to improvise by using what I saw in the kitchen.
Steps

Wash and season your chicken with Rosemary, curry, knorr, garlic and chicken stock cube.

Boil till the stock is almost dried

Heat vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add sliced onions and little garlic and saute
- 4
Add the fresh pepper and tatashe and fry for few minutes, then add the chicken with the stock, fry till the sauce dries up.

Taste and adjust, diced cucumber stir and put off the heat.

Peel and cut your potatoes into your desired shape.

Season with stock powder of your choice, I used Benny.

Heat your oil in a pan then fry.

Serve with your sauce.
