Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunchparsley (about 1/4 kilogram or 1/2 pound)
  • 3tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoonsbulgur wheat
  • 1/4 cupolive oil (60 ml)
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice (60 ml)
  • Pinchsalt
  • 5lettuce or cabbage leaves, for garnish
  • 1small onion

Steps

    Finely chop the parsley.

  2. 2

    Finely chop the tomatoes and onion.

  3. 3

    Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, bulgur, olive oil, and salt. Toss to combine.

  4. 4

    Transfer the tabbouleh to a serving bowl and garnish with lettuce or cabbage leaves.

  5. 5
