Ukpor ogede is a delicious meal made from very ripe plantain and unripe plantain powder, I made it from memories of how my grand mum makes it back on the days.God bless her soul.
Steps

Peel and grate your ripe plantain

Pour together in a bowl with the unripe plantain powder, then add water and mix together
- 3
Add palm oil, crayfish, stock cube and salt and mix
- 4
Taste salt, then wrap with uma leaves and steam for about forty minutes.
- 5
Check if is cooked after forty minutes, then put off your heat.
