Take a pan,add ghee and roast vermicelli,add 1 cup water and salt,cook for 5 mins.

Heat oil in a pan,add onion,green chilli,capsicum medium Flame,add ginger and garlic paste saute and boiled mashed peas.mix well.

Put lid and cook for 1-2 min.add red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,turmeric powder,chaat masala.add mashed potatoes coriander leaves.mix well on medium flame.add vermicelli and mix well on medium flame.put lid and cook for 2 min.gass off.and keep it aside.in a bowl,add bread crumbs.

Take 2tbsp cornflour and make paste.make a small ball,take a ball,dip in slurry,and wrap in vermicelli.

Heat oil in a pan,deep -fry all balls on by one on medium flame,once balls turned golden brown and crispy take it out.

Drain on an absorbent pepper and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
