Ingredients

2 serves
  • 4large potatoes peeled, cut into chips like. Double fried
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1large onion
  • 2garlic cloves ponded
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tbsptomato paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion in oil untill translucent.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and green chillies, the cook for 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, tomato paste,salt, pepper and chill powder and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the fried chips, stir and garnish with coriander.
