Cut bread slices into lengthwise..

Add gram flour and all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add crushed garlic and water, make a batter.

Dip bread sticks in batter.

Now add in heat oil, deep fried till golden in colour..

Serve with chutney/sauce.
