Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 250 gmsboneless chkn cut into strips
  2. 2medium sized onion thinly sliced
  3. 1green chilli finely chopped
  4. A fewcoriander leaves chopped
  5. A fewcurry leaves chopped
  6. A fewmint leaves chopped (opt)
  7. 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  9. 1/4 tspajwain (opt)
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder (can increase according to ur taste)
  11. 4 tsprice flour
  12. 4 tbspbesan flour
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Chicken stock or few drops of water
  15. 1/4 tspchat masala powder
  16. Oil fr deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    To chicken strips add turmeric chilli powder ginger garlic paste and salt... Marinate this fr 15mins

  2. 2

    To chkn add onion and rest remaining above ingredients.. except oil and mix everything well

  3. 3

    Use chkn stock or water same as bhi use fr onion pakoda consistency

  4. 4

    Heat the oil, gently drop the chkn mix and fry it on high heat until golden brown

  5. 5

    Hot and crispy chkn fritters or pakodas r ready.. Enjoy it.
